These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KOIOS_OS application. By creating an account or using KOIOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
KOIOS_OS is a free application for capturing ideas, organizing projects, and building inspiration boards. This build does not require any purchase, subscription, or payment to use. By using KOIOS you agree to these Terms and to act in accordance with them.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use KOIOS. You can sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple (once enabled), or email and password.
You retain ownership of the projects, notes, and inspiration items you create in KOIOS. You grant KOIOS a limited license to store, display, and sync your content solely to provide the service to you. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
You agree not to misuse KOIOS, reverse-engineer it, disrupt its service, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Your use of KOIOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at the Privacy Policy link in Settings and on the public Privacy Policy page. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request its deletion.
You can request account deletion at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Request Account Deletion. Your data is deleted immediately and your account is scheduled for permanent deletion within 3 business days. You do not need to email us or visit any external website to initiate the request, though you may also contact support if you need help.
KOIOS uses Google and Apple to verify your identity when you choose those sign-in options. These providers share only your name and email address with KOIOS. KOIOS does not access your Google or Apple contacts, calendars, or other connected-account data in this build, and does not process payments. Use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (linked below).
KOIOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOIOS and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KOIOS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective" date below reflects the most recent revision.
